Greenland Hills is one of the adjacent neighborhoods to the Dallas St. Patrick’s Parade Day Lower Greenville Block Party. The GHNA is supplied with No Parking Signs to help with traffic management flow during the “Block Party” in our neighborhood. The signs are distributed by the GHNA to our neighbors who volunteer to install the signs by the Friday before “Parade Day”.
